Join Kara for an empowering introduction to aerial silks! This workshop is perfect for beginners- no experience needed.

You will learn basic climbs, wraps and poses while building strength & flexibility in a supportive, safe, fun environment.

Kara has been practicing aerial arts since 2010 with experience in aerial silks, dance, trapeze, hammock, lyra & corde lisse (ropes). She has a passion for teaching and sharing this art with others and watching them succeed.

No experience needed. All fitness levels welcome. Spots are limited- reserve asap.
