Are you guys ready for another hoop Workshop? We had such a great turnout last time and we had so much fun. This will be a beginner intermediate level workshop, on and off body, even taking requests. Learn how to use the hoop in many different ways while connecting so you can grow to flow.

Grab your spot in advance to secure the workshop. The instructor is coming from a long hike so we need at least five plus people in attendance. Invite a friend and do a fun activity together. We can't wait to see you there.
