Restorative Yoga; Yin Yoga is a practice to help relax the parasympathetic system. By stimulating the body with breath work and poses to increase digestion we can use a restorative practice to heal and strengthen our health and overall wellness. Join us for or a hands on class to help you execute hosting a restorative class or hold space for you and your loved ones. You will be receiving and giving hands on adjustments, while learning some relaxing and restorative poses using props.
